Overview

This professionally constructed 1967-style Chevrolet Camaro Roadster is a custom-built reproduction completed circa 2009 as a fitting tribute to the iconic 1967 design, engineered for show-quality presentation and updated performance. The build was featured in Camaro Milestones magazine and displayed at the 2009 Grand National Roadster Show where it received critical acclaim. Power comes from a GM Performance 383ci V8 crate engine with Fast Burn aluminum heads and an Inglese 48 IDA induction system, delivering a claimed 425 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. A GM 4L60E automatic transmission routes power to a Ford 9-inch rear axle with a four-link setup and tubular frame connectors for precise, improved handling over the original.

The smoothed bodywork is finished in champagne metallic with hand-laid purple flames and retains bright chrome bumpers, a cowl-induction hood, and custom dual side mirrors. Handling is enhanced by a TCI tubular front suspension with adjustable coilovers, front and rear sway bars, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors. Staggered 18-inch Billet Specialties Street Star wheels complete the exterior stance. The shaved and detailed engine bay features prominent tubular headers feeding a dual exhaust system. Approximately 990 miles are shown, representing the mileage since the build was completed.

Inside, the custom interior features two-tone upholstery, seating for four, and a bespoke full-length console that flows through to the rear deck. Additional interior upgrades include Classic Instruments gauges, a billet steering wheel, Vintage Air climate control, and a Pioneer AVIC-ZZ head unit paired with ARC Audio amplifiers and dual 10-inch subwoofers. The amplifiers are signed by Chip Foose, and a custom rear fuel filler has been integrated into the bodywork. This Camaro Roadster is offered by the selling dealer in California with a clean Nevada title; however, it has not been inspected by the state of California and may not be eligible for registration under current California emissions regulations.
