We are proud to present our fully restored 1967 Porsche 911 R Tribute. This is the lightest, purest and most valuable 911 of all time. Porsche factory built only 4 prototypes and 20 production 911R models which makes this Tribute an extremely rare piece of Porsche history. Original 911R are currently bringing upwards of $1.2MM. This homage to the rare 911R began with an original 911 in Light Ivory with a rust-free chassis. With show quality paint and a highly detailed under carriage, our signature lightweight Porsche weighs in at 1,850 pounds with a combined 2 liter twin plug engine at over 200 horsepower. Gaswerks Garage's immense effort and labor engineered a skillful product to recreate the Porsche as close to the factory 911R as possible. Its rich, luxurious 911 aesthetics are preserved in this restoration, as well as its renowned air-cooled mechanics and engineering. More importantly, our 911R homage creates an exhilarating, unique experience for an overall effect of a taut and feel-some drivers car. 369 miles shown.

 

This 1967 Porsche 911R Tribute is a stunning example of a meticulous full frame-off restoration by the renowned automotive experts at Gaswerks Garage and a unique homage to the iconic 911R. This classic beauty boasts a Light Ivory exterior, painted to the original 6604 code, and features a show-quality finish on a rust-free, fully restored 911 chassis. Its undercarriage is detailed to perfection. Inside, lightweight seats with corduroy inserts, Britax vintage seat belts, and a refinished leather dashboard with original green face gauges and a 10K tachometer create an authentic vintage feel. Performance enhancements include a rebuilt transmission with a posi unit, lightweight flywheel, performance clutch kit, and a robust 2.0L twin-plug engine with upgrades like JE pistons, Elgin camshafts, and 46mm PMO carbs. New suspension components, including Koni shocks and struts, along with a comprehensive new brake system, ensure a top-tier driving experience. This tribute is completed with 15x6 Fuchs wheels and Pirelli CN36 tires, perfectly aligned and corner balanced for superior handling.
