The 2015 McLaren 650S Le Mans Edition was created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of McLaren's victory at the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans, with only 50 units produced globally. Inspired by the iconic McLaren F1 GTR, it features unique design elements such as a roof-mounted "snorkel" air intake and louvered front wings, reminiscent of the GTR’s race-ready styling. Powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, the 650S Le Mans produces 641 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds. The car is equipped with McLaren's advanced suspension system and carbon ceramic brakes, ensuring precise handling and stopping power. Enhanced with carbon fiber components for added lightweight agility, the Le Mans Edition is a true fusion of race heritage and cutting-edge performance.

 

This 2015 McLaren 650S Le Mans Edition is an exceptionally rare example, being the only known unit to leave the factory finished in Carbon Black. Its striking appearance is complemented by the extensive use of carbon fiber throughout, including the engine bay panels, sill panels, engine covers, diffuser, rear bumper, and front splitter, all designed to enhance  performance and aesthetics. The exclusive Le Mans Edition package adds a unique MSO louvered front wing, side skirts with McLaren Orange accents, and a luxurious interior featuring Alcantara and leather seats with custom floor mats, an Alcantara steering wheel, and a dedicated door card plate. The seller states the car is equipped with full front Paint Protection Film as well as a custom front splitter skid guard to protect the carbon fiber splitter against any scrapes.

The car was sold new in Texas and was acquired by the current owner in 2020. It is currently located with the seller in Oviedo, Florida.
