2019 | Aston Martin DBS
Overview
Throughout the early 2000s, Aston Martin’s headlining act alternated between the DB and Vanquish model ranges. Never debated, was the flagship’s cylinder count. Following the Vanquish’s 2018 curtain call, a new V12 GT stepped forward to fill the icon’s shoes. The DBS Superleggera rose to the occasion carrying massive power, rakish styling, and highly engineered Formula 1 learnings. Exuding elegance and athleticism, the model proved a worth successor at the forefront of luxury.
.
A first for the DBS, its high-boost 5.2L V12 generated 715hp and 663ft-lb of torque—uprated from the contemporary DB11. To manage the car’s staggering output Aston Martin employed adaptive suspension alongside F1-inspired aerodynamic bodywork generating the marque’s highest production car downforce figures then-to-date. In keeping with its Superleggera namesake, carbon fiber and aluminum body panels, finely crafted interior materials, and high-caliber optioning afforded the coupe an irresistible balance of sporting and comfort appeal. 0-60 acceleration closer to 3 seconds than 4 and a top speed of 211mph landed it's bonded aluminum architecture in supercar domain.
.
Finished in Jet Black over Obsidian Black/Phantom Grey leather, this 2019 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera defines grand touring. Optional equipment totaling over $60k distinguishes both its signature 2+2 cabin and dark exterior. Inside, special-order Dark Chrome/Satin Black Carbon Interior Pack and Alcantara surround 12-way heated front seats featuring power bolsters, ventilation, contrast Triaxial Quilting, headrest embroidery, and Spice Red seat belts. Bang & Olufsen BeoSound Audio plus standard Bluetooth, Navigation, and 360 Degree Camera w/parking sensors contribute to an array of integrated tech amenities. V12 power is routed rearward via 8-speed automatic transmission, a limited-slip differential, and brake-based torque vectoring. On-theme 21” Forged Twinspoke gloss black wheels house four-corner carbon ceramic brakes w/Vivid Red calipers. Carbon roof, roof strakes, fender louvres, machined exterior badging, and smoked rear lamps set this Aston Martin apart. With an odometer reading of just 7,994 miles, this single-owner DBS is now sold with a clean title, Carfax report, and third-party Inspection Report.
