2020 | Mercedes-AMG GT R Pro
Overview
Following the SLS AMG (2010-2015), Mercedes-Benz’s storied performance division became ever more integral to the company’s top-tier models. In the next iteration of a tradition begun with the 300 SL, a new coupe—sans gullwing doors— was unveiled at the 2014 Paris Motor Show. Dubbed AMG GT, the model featured Mercedes-AMG’s hand-built 4.0L Biturbo power plant mated with a robust 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
Initial Base, S, and hardcore R trims gave way to a 2017 facelift presenting buyers with a formidable platform delivering both grand touring luxury and supercar performance. At the top of the range, R Pro trim reigned supreme with a widened track, uprated power, and production limited to 750 units worldwide. Functional aerodynamic bodywork made the top AMG instantly recognizable with a carbon front splitter, twin-bubble roof, and artfully integrated rear diffuser/spoiler duo. Massive carbon ceramic brakes added stopping power to match a total output of 577 horsepower.

Finished in Designo Diamond White Metallic over Black Nappa Leather, this 2020 Mercedes-AMG GT R Pro offers track-ready tech with unquestioned elegance. Yellow stitching and seatbelts contrast fine black Dinamica Exclusive leather throughout, paired with matte AMG carbon trim encircled by Burmester surround sound. Convenience and Lane Tracking Packages add top-shelf driver assistance tech while four-corner double wishbone suspension plus an electro-mechanical limited-slip rear differential ensure planted grip. Exterior personalization features a GT R Pro Stripe livery complemented by AMG brake calipers under staggered twin-spoke forged wheels wearing Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Solely modified with a remote Renntech exhaust valve module, this AMG GT R Pro shows fewer than 3k miles and is accompanied by a clean title, Carfax report, and Seller’s Disclosure.
