Few automotive tuning companies offer innovations informed by heritage alongside contemporary R&D. Bucking the trend, ABT Sportsline has continued as a mainstay in the Audi and Volkswagen Group performance aftermarket to the present day. The company’s generational motorsport development and road car technologies based in Kempten, Germany trace their origins to the 19^th century workshops of blacksmith Johann Abt. Most recently, limited production special editions have served to capture the company’s enthusiast mission, highly acclaimed for speed, handling, and style.

Audi’s 2020 release of the US-market RS6 Avant served as an ideal testbed for ABT’s performance catalog and the wagon’s dedicated fan base elevated demand with a proven appetite for OEM+ modification. Quattro AWD grip and a robust 7-speed automatic transmission mirrored the new car's capable form factor, providing a versatile foundation to build upon. Factory-rated at 591hp, the tuning company’s development of a 125-unit RS6-R package included comprehensive upgrades to bodywork, interior trim, engine management, and suspension. Improvements raising the output of its mild-hybrid powertrain resulted in performance to match styling enhanced by carbon fiber throughout.   

Finished in Daytona Gray Pearl Effect over Black leather, this 2021 Audi ABT RS6-R Avant shows modified high engineering at its best. No-expense-spared performance and aesthetic additions put this long roof in a class of its own with forged Brixton 22” wheels and lowering links completing its stance. Milltek downpipes, a TCU tune, and Stage II ECU tuning extract reliable power with seamless integration while Audi ceramic brakes w/red calipers provide ample stopping power.
