2021 | Jeep Gladiator 6x6

It's back! This 6x6 Jeep was purchased by the Gilstrap Collection on Sotheby's Motorsport in December 2023, and is now offered as part of the eponymous Collection. Renowned collector Mr. Gilstrap is an elderly man, and says while he has enjoyed the truck, "I need a step ladder to get in the thing!" We're happy to help find it a new home, Mr. Gilstrap. 

Improved over its minimalist predecessor, the 2017+ Wrangler (JL-generation) exemplified the pinnacle of Jeep engineering, catering to both enthusiasts and newcomers with its blend of capability and refinement, whether traversing the urban jungle or tackling rugged terrain. Continuing the tradition of its predecessor, the JL Wrangler was offered in both two and four-door configurations. Notably, the JL platform was further evolved to reintroduce Jeep's first pickup truck in over two decades, known as the Gladiator.

Dubbed internally as the JT, the crew-cab Gladiator boasted a wheelbase extended by 19 inches from its Wrangler counterpart. Retaining signature features like removable doors and roof panels, the Gladiator unmistakably embodied the essence of a Jeep. Buyers had the option of selecting either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic transmission, paired with diesel or gasoline powertrains. The vibrant Jeep enthusiast community eagerly embraced the Gladiator, with aftermarket specialists like Next Level Offroad in Irvine, California, offering bespoke customization services, including extending the wheelbase to enable true 6x6 capability.

Boasting over $118,000 in custom enhancements, it exudes luxury and sophistication. Features such as Rockslide auto-retracting sidesteps and premium sound elevate the cabin experience. Manufactured at Jeep's Toledo, Ohio headquarters, this truck began life as a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Sport 4x4. Commissioned by the seller, it's 6x6 conversion and subsequent modifications were completed by Next Level Offroad of Irvine, California. 

 

Showing two owners from new according to the Carfax report, this vehicle is currently located with the seller in Lucas, Texas. The truck was acquired by the Gilstrap Collection on Sotheby's Motorsport in December 2023 and is now offered by Mr. Gilstrap.
