2022 | Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Six-Speed
Overview
Introduced in 2006, the Porsche Cayman sold buyers on a youthful form factor and build quality at a high bar—earning a ground-up redesign by model year 2017. Badged 718, the new contender benefitted from forward-thinking product planning, a broad range of turbocharged and naturally aspirated powertrains available, plus motorsport pedigree baked in. Long-lauded for faultless handling, 2020 updates to the Cayman added power on par with the marque's most exclusive offerings.
.
Though both GTS and GT4 trims received engines shared with the 911 as early as 2016, the 982-generation GT4 arrived touting a 414 horsepower model-specific 4.0L powertrain. The new engine revved to 8,000rpm and enabled a top speed of nearly 190mph. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), a mechanical limited-slip differential, and functional aerodynamic bodywork as standard made the high-grip coupe approachable at speed. Following the hardcore GT4 RS' debut in 2022, the base GT4 remained the three-pedal enthusiast's most versatile drug of choice at home both on road and track.

Showing an odometer reading of just 395 miles, this 2022 718 Cayman GT4 hits the high notes of modern mid-engine Porsche. Finished in Gentian Blue Metallic over Black Race-Tex with Silver stitching, tasteful optioning caps this GT4's impressive out-of-the-box fare. This Cayman's carbon Full Bucket Seats mark the last year available for such best-spec extras paired with a manual transmission. Inside, carbon trim features throughout while microfibre-suede adds high-touch detail to the steering wheel, gearshift, and seat centers. BOSE Surround Sound, passenger luggage net, auto-dimming mirrors w/rain sensor, and Smoking Package round out convenience amenities. Standard sport steering wheel, strap door pulls, and sport look pedal trim coordinate design intentionally through to the car's exterior. Track-ready hardware nets 20" 718 Cayman GT4 wheels over cross-drilled 911 GT3 brakes w/red Porsche calipers front and rear. 10mm lowered suspension, exaggerated bodywork, and optional Lighting Design Package complement the Cayman's magic powertrain piped through sport exhaust w/black tailpipes. This remarkable low mileage example is now offered with a clean title, Carfax report, and third-party Inspection Report.
