2023 | Porsche 911 Carrera GTS America Cabriolet
Overview
Porsche’s first USA-only offering debuted in 1952 as the 356 America Roadster. With fewer than 20 units built, the rarified ragtop informed design of the forthcoming 356 Speedster (1954). Four decades passed before a succeeding 911 paid homage to Porsche’s first roofless stateside trendsetter—resulting in the 1992 America Roadster. A tradition of tactful, low-volume specials has continued to the present day, yielding among the most sought-after examples in the manufacturer’s contemporary lineup.
.
For model year 2023, the 992-generation Carrera GTS Cabriolet was chosen to breathe new life into the America’s much anticipated return. Already a star, GTS trim assembled high points of the contemporary 911 range, thoughtfully packaged as the enthusiast driver's best-spec. From this base, a reminiscent Paint to Sample color palette arrived exclusively paired with a 473hp 3.0L flat-six, rear-wheel-drive, and seven-speed manual transmission. Staggered wheels came finished in a one-off red and white schema, complementing the car’s deep exterior shade. Black windscreen trim and America edition motif completed the Cabriolet’s truly special aesthetic. Total production limited to 115 units between the USA and Canada minted the car’s investment-grade appeal.
.
Azure Blue 356 over Black leather, this 2023 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet America delivers exclusive thrills with optional equipment totaling over $50k. Top up or down, enthusiast extras unfold to offer White-dial Sport Chrono trim, a heated leather GT Sport Steering Wheel, and elaborate special stitching throughout the interior. RS Spyder Design Wheels and Rear Axle Steering pair with 7-speed manual shifting to round out performance must-haves. Included Premium Package, Bose audio, and a Front Axle Lift System make this Cabriolet a versatile companion not without modern comforts. Showing an odometer reading of just 675 miles, this limited production arrives sure to please. A clean title, Carfax report, and third-party Inspection Report accompany the sale along with a transferable manufacturer warranty.
