I was concerned because the car was lowered and I didn’t want any underbody damages and he worked with me to make sure the transporter took good care of my car! In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.

I recently bought a car from a dealership in Tampa Florida. Everything went well, until it came time for shipping. The dealership decided to use the uconnect app as the only way for me to track my car. Unfortunately, the signal was lost during transport and when I asked the salesman he said he did not know where my car was, or when it would arrive, not the answer you want to receive. He eventually gave me Mr. Harlow's contact, Colby was not only professional but kind and understanding. He told me where my car was, gave me an anticipated date and offered to have the driver call me asap. Everyone has a job to do, but it's rare to find excellent customer service provided in such a pleasant manner. Outstanding! We called at the last minute (the day before leaving for Florida) and Mike was very receptive. We left on a Wednesday. Our cars were picked up on Wednesday and Mike attempted to find a truck/driver to bring our cars. They were picked up on a Saturday morning and surpisingly delivered (Monday)late morning. Their service and devotion to assist the customer was fantastic! Very, very pleased!!!
