SOTHEBY'S MOTORSPORT SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
These Official Rules govern the Sotheby's Motorsport 2025 Ultimate Vegas Racing Experience Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") and form a binding agreement between RM Sotheby's Motor LLC doing business as Sotheby's Motorsport ("Sotheby's Motorsport", "we", "us", or "our"), and each participant ("you" or "your").
NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION: These Official Rules contain terms that govern how any disputes or claims between you and us relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes will be resolved. See Section 19. You and Sotheby's Motorsport agree to resolve all disputes through binding, individual arbitration (except as otherwise provided herein) and further agree and waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial. This means you waive your right to go to court before a judge and jury, and you are limiting your ability to bring claims on behalf of anyone other than yourself.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. In certain jurisdictions, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation.
1. THE SPONSOR: The Sponsor is Sotheby's Motorsport (the "Sponsor").
2. THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATION: Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, engage a third-party administrator, agent, or other service provider to perform any or all tasks relating to the administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: winner selection, notification, verification, documentation collection, background checks, and prize fulfillment. By entering, you expressly consent to the Sponsor sharing your information with such third party for purposes of Sweepstakes administration, subject to applicable privacy laws. All decisions made by the Sponsor or its designated agent(s) are final and binding.
3. THE WEBSITE: Sweepstakes information is available at www.sothebysmotorsport.com/ultimate-vegas-racing-experience (the "Website").
4. ENTRY CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. If you do not agree, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.
5. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and at the time of entry, you must: (i) be a legal resident of the 50 United States or Washington D.C., (ii) be at least 21 years old, and (iii) not fall under one of the prohibited categories below. Any entry submitted by any ineligible person(s) will be void. If you are selected as the Winner, your Guest must also be 21 or older, unless you are the Guest's parent or legal guardian, or their parent/legal guardian provides written consent.
(A) PROHIBITED PERSONS. You may not enter if you:
(i) Have won a Grand Prize in a Sotheby's Motorsport Sweepstakes in the past 18 months, from the start of the Entry Period.
(ii) Are an employee, officer, or director of Sponsor, its prize suppliers, promotional partners, or contractors supporting the administration and/or promotion of this Sweepstakes.
(iii) Are an immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or live in the same household as someone in the above categories.
6. ENTRY PERIOD: This Sweepstakes starts on August 13, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Only entries received during this period are eligible. Sponsor is the official timekeeper.
7. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter using any of the following methods during the Entry Period:
(A) REGISTER AS A NEW APPROVED BIDDER. To enter via this method of entry, during the Entry Period:
1) Create (or have) a free Member account at www.sothebysmotorsport.com.
2) Complete the Registered Bidder process (includes providing an ID, credit card, and agreeing to the bidder terms and these Official Rules).
3) Sell, Buy or Bid through Sotheby’s Motorsport.
Once approved, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No purchase or payment is required to enter via this method of entry. Available only to new Registered Bidders. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
(B) PLACE A BID. To enter via this method of entry, during the Entry Period:
1) Be an approved Registered Bidder.
2) Place a valid bid on any active auction on www.sothebysmotorsport.com.
You will receive one (1) entry in connection with each valid bid. No purchase or payment is required to enter via this method of entry. Limit twenty-five (25) total entries per person via this method of entry.
(C) BUY OR SELL. To enter via this method of entry, during the Entry Period:
1) Be an approved Registered Bidder and/or Registered Seller.
2) Sell and/or Buy through any active auction on www.sothebysmotorsport.com.
You will receive one (1) entry in connection with each final purchase or sale. Limit twenty-five (25) total entries per person via this method of entry.
(D) ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY. Mail a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, email, and phone number to:

To be eligible, Postcards must be mailed from within the United States, legible, complete, submitted individually, postmarked no later than the final day of the Entry Period, and received by Sponsor no later than five (5) business days after close of the Entry Period. Sponsor is not responsible for postcards that are late, lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or returned due to insufficient postage. Postcards will not be returned and will become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt.
Each valid postcard received will receive one (1) entry. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day.
8. ENTRY LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Only accurate and complete entries submitted during the Entry Period and received by the Sponsor are eligible. Any incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and ineligible to win. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries, or for other submission problems of any kind, whether caused by mechanical, human, or electronic error, all of which are void and ineligible to win. Additionally, Sponsor is not responsible for any telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
(A) ENTRY LIMIT. Each entry method has a maximum limit (see Section 7). There is also an overall, cumulative entry limit of 50 entries per person, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries beyond these limits are void. Using multiple emails or identities to bypass limits is strictly prohibited and may void all of your entries.
(B) EMAIL ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS. To receive entries, you must link a valid email address that you personally own and control to your Member account. Each Member account must have a unique email address; sharing an email across multiple accounts is not allowed. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned the email by an internet service provider, online service, or organization responsible for assigning email addresses for that domain. The Sponsor may require proof that you are the authorized account holder. Entries associated with invalid, inactive, or non-functional email addresses, or tied to an email not controlled by the Entrant, are void and ineligible to win.
(C) NO AUTOMATED ENTRY DEVICES. All entries must be submitted by you to be valid. Use, or attempted use, of any robotic, automated, programmed, mechanical, or other non-manual entry methods will void all entries for you and will result in your disqualification from the Sweepstakes, at Sponsor's discretion. No copies, facsimiles, or other mechanical or electronic reproductions of entries will be accepted. Sponsor has the sole right and discretion to make a final determination as to whether you used or attempted to use any such prohibited automated entry methods.
(D) CONTACT DETAILS. By entering any Sweepstakes, you expressly agree that the Sponsor may contact you via email, phone, and mail in connection with the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sotheby's Motorsport's Privacy Policy.
9. PRIZE PROVIDER: The prize provider is Sotheby's Motorsport or another contracted agent of Sponsor ("Prize Provider").
10. PRIZE DETAILS:
(A) GRAND PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize consists of admission for two to the Wynn Paddock only and, does not include airfare or hotel accommodations. The Grand prize has an approximate retail value (ARV) of $30,000 USD. The Grand Prize will be fulfilled by the Sponsor in Las Vegas, Nevada. The specific date and arrangements for fulfillment will be determined by the Sponsor. Any guest of Winner must be at least 21 years old as of August 13, 2025. To accept the Grand Prize, the Winner (and Guest, if applicable) must complete and timely return all required documents from the Sponsor.
This Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Formula 1 or any brand or company referenced. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
(B) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. All prizes (or portion thereof) are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties of any kind, and cannot be transferred, sold, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize(s) (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.
(C) TAXES & WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with receipt of prize, ownership, and/or use. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form or other applicable forms (i.e., Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize(s) or components of a prize(s). Once confirmed, Winners are responsible for ensuring they timely and fully accept the prize at the specified prize location(s) and within the specified prize fulfillment period.
11. WINNER DRAWINGS: On or around five (5) days after the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select one (1) potential winner (a "Potential Winner"). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
12. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Member account (and possibly by phone). Potential Winner must respond within 24 hours of the initial notification (or within the timeframe specified in the message). Failure to respond in time may result in disqualification and, in such instances, Potential Winner will forfeit any claim to the prize(s).
13. WINNER VERIFICATION & CONFIRMATION: Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by the Sponsor. To be confirmed as the official Winner, a Potential Winner must meet all eligibility requirements, comply with these Official Rules, and return any requested forms or documentation in a timely manner. Required documentation may include an IRS W-9, affidavit, release, or background check authorization.
If Sponsor so elects, Potential Winner and guest may be required to submit to a confidential background check. Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that the potential winner will not bring the Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor. If requested, the Potential Winner agrees to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information. In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Potential Winner will be randomly selected.
A Potential Winner may be disqualified if they fail to respond to communications, do not complete verification requirements, cannot be reached using the contact information provided, or if they are found to have submitted false or misleading information. Sponsor may also disqualify any individual who acts in an abusive, disruptive, or fraudulent manner, or who otherwise fails to accept or use the prize within the timeframe provided.
If a Potential Winner is disqualified or unable to accept the prize, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate Winner from the remaining eligible entries, using the same random drawing method.
14. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the Winner grants Sotheby's Motorsport and its affiliates a worldwide, irrevocable right to use their name likenesses, pictures, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information, and/or statements regarding this Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes. Residents of jurisdictions where such publicity requires separate consent may decline this authorization during the Winner confirmation process.
15. WAIVER & RELEASE: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sotheby's Motorsport and our affiliates, partners, service providers and any other third-party involved in the administration or promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as our and their respective directors, officers, employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising directly or indirectly from your participation, intended participation in, or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes, or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
You also waive the right to claim any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages. Any allowable recovery is limited to your actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability set forth above in this Section 15. So, some of the provisions contained in this section may not apply to you.
16. INDEMNIFICATION: As a condition of entry, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any third-party claims, expenses or liabilities arising out of or relating to your participation or intended participation in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any violation of these Official Rules, infringement of rights, or misuse of any prize.
17. FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling any prize or otherwise performing under these Official Rules where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, acts of government, labor disputes, strikes, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, weather events, or failure of public or private communications or utility services. In such circumstances, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes without prior notice.
18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, service interruptions, server issues, software defects, or human errors that may affect the entry process, winner selection, or prize delivery. They are also not liable for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail; failed email delivery; or any problems caused by equipment, system, or network errors.
If the Sweepstakes is compromised in any way, including by fraud, virus, or technical failure, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. If your entry is lost due to a system failure or data corruption, your sole remedy is a replacement entry (if feasible).
19. BINDING ARBITRATION, NO CLASS ACTION: You and Sotheby's Motorsports each agree to first attempt to amicably resolve any disputes and use reasonable efforts to mediate the dispute and to facilitate a resolution. If a resolution can be reached, the parties agree to document the agreement, which will include the execution by each party involved of a full and final release of Sotheby's Motorsport. If a resolution cannot be reached, then you and Sotheby's Motorsports agree that the dispute(s) will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration, per the terms below.
Please read the following paragraphs carefully. They confirm that you agree to arbitrate certain disputes individually and waive any right participate in a class action or jury trial.
(A) MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES. You and Sotheby's Motorsports each agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, your participation, intended participation in, or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, these Official Rules, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, and including the determination of the scope or applicability of this arbitration provision (each, a "Claim") shall be resolved solely by binding, individual arbitration and not in a class, representative or consolidated action or proceeding. The arbitration will be held in the State of Delaware or other location mutually agreed to by the parties, before one arbitrator, and all proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures or pursuant to JAMS' Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude the parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. The prevailing party, as determined by the arbitrator or court, shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, including through appeals. To the extent permitted by law, the existence of the arbitration, the arbitration proceedings, and the outcome of the arbitration will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed by either you or us. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Official Rules.
(B) CLASS ACTION WAIVER. You and Sotheby's Motorsports each agree to waive the right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Each of us agrees that we may bring claims against the other only in our individual capacities, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Any arbitration will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. Further, a dispute is submitted to arbitration, neither JAMS nor the arbitrator may consolidate another person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding for any purpose. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this Section 19 shall be null and void.
(C) EXCEPTIONS. Notwithstanding Sections 19(A) and (B) above, you and Sotheby's Motorsports retain the right to:
(i) Seek to resolve a Claim in small claims court if it qualifies; and
(ii) Seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent (or enjoin) the infringement or misappropriation of their respective intellectual property rights.
20. MISCELLANEOUS:
(A) ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and Sotheby's Motorsport with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us with respect to the Sweepstakes.
(B) GOVERNING LAW; VENUE. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, your participation, intended participation in, or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize shall be governed by federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof. You agree that any cause of action that may arise shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court in the State of Delaware, subject to Section 19 above. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware.
(C) WAIVER. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
(D) SEVERABILITY. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.

21. WINNER LIST REQUEST: To request the Prize Winner information (first name, last initial, city state & only), send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope to Sotheby’s Motorsport, Attn: Ultimate Vegas Racing Winner, 5972 NE 4th Ave, Miami, FL 33137. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2025.
